A slow down after the peak period, coupled with a break from the heat, is slowly
returning the call volume activity to normal over most of the nation.
As we get some relief from the work load and heat, let’s continue to ensure you
meet the 45 minutes or less ETA commitment.
Remember, meeting each subscriber’s expectation regarding ETA’s and service
represents additional income for us all. We appreciate and value the services
